Overview

Day 1 : Arrival Maumere
Upon arrival at Maumere on the island of Flores, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative. You will then be transferred to Sea World Club for your overnight stay.

NOTE: Pick up by Driver & Car From Our Guide for Overland will meet you in the afternoon at the hotel.

Day 2 : Maumere – Moni (B) +/- 100 km
After breakfast, visit Wuring, a fishing village near Maumere. Continue on to Sikka, famous for its historic church dating back to 1899 and the local Ikat weaving, which is eagerly sold by the villagers. At Koka Beach, take some time to relax and enjoy a swim if you wish. In the evening, arrive in Moni where you’ll stay overnight at Kelimutu EcoLodge. The rooms are non-air-conditioned to suit the cool hill climate. Afterward, you may take a leisurely stroll through the charming village of Moni.

Day 3 : Moni – Bajawa (B) +/- 150 km
You’ll receive an early morning wake-up call for your departure to Kelimutu Volcano. A short 30-minute walk will take you to the lookout point where you can enjoy the stunning sunrise. Kelimutu, also known as the Mountain of the Spirits, is famous for its three vibrant colored lakes—Turquoise, Brown, and Black—formed by dissolved minerals that create their unique hues. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast.

Continue your journey through the picturesque landscape, heading via Ende to Bajawa. Along the way, stop at the Ndua Ria Fruit Market and visit the traditional village of Wologai. Proceed to the Wolopaku Coffee Plantation village, followed by a stop at the beautiful green stone beach of Pengga Jawa. Enjoy scenic views of the Ebulobo Volcano as you travel, and before reaching Bajawa, take in the panoramic sights from the Wolobobo viewpoint. Overnight at JJ Virgo Hotel.

Day 4 : Bajawa – Ruteng (B) 133 km
In the morning, visit the traditional village of Bena, which remains well-preserved with megalithic stones alongside ancient houses. The village is beautifully located, offering stunning views of Mount Inerie. In the afternoon, depart for Ruteng, with a stop at Aimere to observe the palm wine production process and a visit to the serene Lake Rana Mese. Overnight at Spring Hill Bungalow.

Day 5 : Ruteng - Labuan Bajo (B) 137 km
In the morning, depart for Labuan Bajo. On the way, visit the spiderweb rice fields in Cacar and the traditional village of Todo. Arrive in the afternoon, check in at your hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel Bintang Flores.

Day 6 : Rinca, Pink Beach & Komodo Island (B,L)
You will be picked up from your hotel at 5:00 AM and transferred to the harbor in Labuan Bajo. At 6:00 AM, depart for Komodo Island, a scenic 4-hour journey across the blue tropical waters, passing by hundreds of small islands. Upon arrival at Komodo Island, take a 1.5-hour walk with a local ranger to search for the famous Komodo dragons. During your visit, you may also spot wild buffalo, deer, pigs, and various tropical bird species, including the Cockatoo.

Next, head to Pink Beach, where you will have time to explore the vibrant underwater world of these rich waters (snorkels and fins will be provided). Afterward, continue to Rinca Island, where you’ll enjoy lunch on board. Upon arrival, take a one-hour walk with a local ranger to observe the Komodo dragons in their natural habitat.

In the afternoon, sail back to Labuan Bajo, which will take approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at the harbor, you’ll be transferred to Hotel Bintang Flores in Labuan Bajo for your overnight stay.

Day 7 : Labuan Bajo – Denpasar (B)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the rest of the morning at leisure until your transfer to the airport for your next destination.
